Basic but Manageable Capsule Stay

bright blue led light disrupted sleep

The location was great. It made getting around easy.

The pod had this constant, bright blue LED light. I couldn't switch it off, and it really disrupted my sleep.

futuristic stay near gran via

helpful staff great location cute service clean concept

the staff helped me get a taxi early in the morning, i needed to go to the airport. they also made sure i was awake. the location is great, so central. the service was good and cute! the hostel has a nice, clean concept.

the ventilation inside the capsules is poor. you need to leave the door open sometimes just to get some fresh air.

the hostel is very centrally located. those who like to walk find historic places like plaza de mayor within walking distance. prado museum access is easy with the 146 bus.

The kitchen has a microwave available. i recommend washing equipment before use. do not clean after using them and leave them mixed with clean items. the hotel has a fun design just like the pictures show.

The capsule material conducted sound well. I could hear noises. the capsules were clean. the capsules were also comfortable. the rooms themselves were also very clean.

the facility does not offer any dining options on site. however, the location is close to many restaurants. guests can use the shared kitchen to prepare small meals.

mixed experience at the capsule

poor ventilation black mold

the location was pretty good being near the city center so there were many spots and shops around.

the changing area smelled really bad because of poor ventilation and i found black mold on some shower heads. also the staff did not seem like they wanted to be there especially if i dared to ask something. ventilation inside the capsules was poor i had to keep the door open to get some fresh air.

excessive firmness inadequate storage

the capsule was stuffy i believe ventilation needs improvement inside. the shared bathroom cleanliness was not up to standard i expect better upkeep. the mattress firmness was excessive it felt quite hard. storage for luggage felt inadequate in such a compact space. i heard noise often through thin walls.

charming stay in the city center

comfortable bed private pod central location

the bed was comfortable and firm, exactly what i needed. i really liked the privacy the pods offered. the staff was very helpful, they kept my bags safe after i checked out. the location is indeed very central, a short walk to calle gran via.

the pod doors can be a bit loud, and not completely light proof.

Nearby, there's a nice selection of bars and restaurants, offering variety. several places have outdoor seating. I noticed a charming tapas bar just around the corner. many establishments stay open late, accommodating different schedules.

Convenient City Center Capsule Stay

excellent location helpful staff secure lockers

The location is excellent (a real advantage for exploring the city). The staff were helpful. I used the available lockers. They provided good security for my belongings. The capsule itself was clean and provided fresh bedding and towels.

The pod doors are loud. I could hear neighbors open and close their doors, disturbing my sleep even when I used earplugs. The noise carried through the entire pod structure.

The capsule had two lockers allowing for convenient storage of my personal items. The bed was comfortable and provided a good space for rest. I found the temperature to be adequate.

The staff offered quick assistance when needed. They were communicative and addressed my questions promptly. The check-in process was efficient, and I was quickly directed to my capsule upon arrival.
